Liked: Warm welcome at reception, nice room with a good view onto the lively street, comfortable bed, good bathroom.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing for someone who doesn't eat meat. Little choice of vegan food. Bread selection poor and no fresh salad items like tomatoes or cucumber. Virtually no selection of cheese.Some of the reception staff were "cold" and unwelcoming - in stark contrast to the bubbly, friendly reception staff who welcomed us to the hotel.

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The hotel itself was clean, our rooms were clean and warm, and pretty much everything we needed was provided
Disliked: More a suggestion than a didn’t like - Could have done with a couple more tea bags and a double level towel rail would have been nice (to let the towels dry/air better)
