Exceptional

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Liked: The location was perfect for us as we (my daughters and myself) went to the Playhouse to see Moulin Rouge then stayed over in Edinburgh. The room was big enough for a one night stay for 3 adults and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was good for a short stay.

Ideal location and comfy bed

Liked: Perfect location! Close to the train and right by the venue with some nice bars near by.

Take Room only!

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean with very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast was like sitting in a staff canteen!

Difficult for the mildly disabled.

Liked: good location, room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Access to the lift is via stairs - as I have bad knees, this was difficult with my case. Breakfast food was overprocessed, difficult to access (tight space) and the room crowded. The floorboards from the next room were squeaky and walls thin - I could hear conversations. They weren't being loud, these were normal conversation levels.

Comfortable

Liked: Well, the hotel is located at the centre of the city. So for long walks, shopping and eating it’s a great location
Disliked: Well when we checked in one out of two lifts was not functional. Since we were allotted rooms in the sixth floor and the lift for the 6th floor was not working we had to carry all our luggage and walk upto 6th floor from 5th floor. There was no help forthcoming from the hotel.
