Great location and staff

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and also helped arrange a prompt refund when I had to cut my stay short by one day.

Great hotel great staff very...

Liked: Great breakfast . Great location . Nice bar lounge area with window seating . We checked into our room early so we could change and head out to our event meeting others at 2.30. Which really made our stay fantastic thank you.
Disliked: Their was a slight bouncy dent in the floor coming out of the bathroom which made us trip up a bit. Maybe a small floor repair to level it.

Liked: Location is great. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Had three rooms with three different check ins over a 12 day period. Each room was different, some better than others. Last room was for handicaps - poor designed sink- no reason for a tiny 15" stand alone sink - water everywhere. Toilet was so low- it was actually uncomfortable - never saw a toilet so low to the ground before. Shower was poor- low water pressure, wasn't like the rest of the rooms. Was given this room - even though I had a month long reservation - they said I checked "standard" room - on Booking.com - so they can give me any room that shows available at the time...which I disagree. But...doesn't stop people from staying there- they have a lot of group tours staying there.

Liked: Nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly and location perfect. Breakfast very nice.

Laborious , need to be...

Liked: The staffs are helpful.The breakfast is decent.
Disliked: if I have know about the hotel entrance requires me to bring my luggages up or down the stairs , with no porter service, frankly I’ll definitely not book . It is not just the hotel entrance, even after the check-in counter , when one need to lug luggages to any room floors , one will need to move your luggages down some stairs too.The best thing is this hotel do not provide potter service. For people who have heavy luggage and cannot manage lugging of luggages to climb stairs up and down , this hotel is definitely a no-no .
