Liked: Liked so close to airport, it would be better if hotel did bus transfer to terminal it cast me 16 pounds for a taxi, because in early hours but room was basic, but very clean , on the whole was satisfactory , had everything you needed , shower was lovely, plenty hot water .heating and air con very good
Disliked: Paying for taxi , shame they don't do transfers

Did the job but poor...

Disliked: Checkin was horrendous. A long wait for one person who was serving at the bar. Eventually his colleague came, bless him he did apologise but was struggling. System was really slowe, our kids started playing up after a long journey. Then the parking (£10 for one night are you kidding?!?) machine wouldn't give us the card back. Then it wouldn't accept the discount code. Everything took forever - the staff member credit to him did his best. Just not a nice experience.Breakfast was pretty mediocre. But no gluten free options was a shame.
