Disappointing.

Liked: Location-it is in the airport complex. Was handy for our purpose.Was clean enough.
Disliked: We were allocated a g/floor room for 2 nights. Obviously an accessible room (which we didnt need/request) with disabled shower room. Not ideal for fully able-bodied/sink/surfaces at wrong height. V few surfaces in the bedroom as lots of floor space. Not what we wanted or needed. Outside our window was the hotel laundy facilities-v noisy with driers/machines going from v early morning. Also v noisy air con.Poor/limited breakfast selection. Stayed in another HI express nr London the next 2 nights and it was fab!

Liked: Room, breakfast, shower/bathroom
Disliked: Bigger bed, i'm only 6"2 and didn't fit in the bed. No fridge. Parking is extremly expensive.

No longer cheap, but a...

Liked: Free and early (at weekends) breakfast, free wifi, a comfortable stay
Disliked: Rooms are getting a little tired, especially the bathroom. Expensive parking (although discounted) at a place you need transport to get to. Price for rooms is getting very expensive for a budget hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff working on the bar and reception were honestly exceptional. So polite, friendly and informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :)
