Comfortable with extremely friendly staff

Liked: We arrived very late it was after 3am, after a long flight the two gentlemen at reception were absolutely fantastic with our check in. The beds were super comfortable. The lovely lady at breakfast was so friendly and the foot was delicious. Great stay over all.

Very convenient to East z...

Liked: The included Breskfast was excellent. Excellent choice - something for everyone. Delicious cooked food & buffet offered.
Disliked: The Expensive fish & chip evening meal was dreadful Paid £17.99 each for the small curled both ends 7inch max fish, with few chips & peas. The fish was so dry & part too dry to eat. When asked if meal was satisfactory, despite explaining our disappointment, no recompense, other than hint of apology. Will never have our favourite meal there again. We usually pay 9.99 for same size as a lite bite that is delicious elsewhere. Very disappointing expensive evening meal.
