Disappointing, why is Booking Com...

Liked: The day staff at reception were pleasamt and helpful.
Disliked: There were two people leaning on the end of the reception drinking alchohol when we arrived at around 10.30 pm. The floor of one lift was filthy. The carpet in the room was badly stained and disgusting. Items in the breakfast such as hash browns and bacon appeared to have been reheated several times. We had prepaid for two nights but left after one night and forfeited payment for the second night as we were not comfortable being there for the above reasons. The lady at recetion on the morning of 23 June was helpful and checked but ower prepayment was non refundable.

Very well placed for our...

Liked: We came for the tennis at Queens Club and found it was only 10 minutes walk away, which was great!
Disliked: Decor, carpets etc look a bit tired. Could do with a refurbishment.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was varied and tasty, offering plenty of options. The location was also great — easy access to public transport made getting around really convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay

Perfect for a short city...

Liked: Perfect for a short stay. Very basic amenities but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really appreciated having breakfast included. Great value for money and perfect location to be able to access the city easily. Would definitely stay there again!
