Liked: We were so tired that we slept like logs on a super comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Would stay again. Thank you

Liked: Breakfasts, location, friendly staff and reception, convenient car park nearby.
Disliked: Stayed multiple times at this hotel, however, this time it was quite clear that cleanliness could have been better. room wasn't properly cleaned, and on our fourth day, one of the towels was replaced with a dirty one. It's still a good hotel, though it requires a renovation.

Superb

Liked: Very quiet, despite busy area. Clean, comfy bed, hot shower and useful cabinetry in room. Good sized room. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Microwave available for use at reception. Location very handy to 2 tube stations, about 10 minutes walk away.
Disliked: Decor was the Holiday Inn Express colours - red chair pretty bright. 2 smaller chairs. rather than one with a fixed tray, would probably be more useful for a couple. Otherwise fantastic stay

Everything was just perfect!

Liked: Earls Court is a safe area, right in zones 1-2. The hotel’s just a 7-minute walk from two underground stations and there are three bus stops close by. If you want to really see London, take the bus – the traffic itself is quite the show! Breakfast was traditional, tasty, and just right. The rooms are big, quiet, and clean. The staff are super friendly. Towels get changed and the room gets tidied up every day.
Disliked: The hotel needs some repairs, especially the furniture. The carpet should be replaced. In the future, it would be nice if the reception area could be separated from the dining space. Also, offering more vegetables at meals would be appreciated.

Easy, convenient stay for a...

Liked: Easy to find and good location for where we were heading ( royal Albert hall) and handy having the parking underneath. Glad I pre booked this ! Nice selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast , comfy beds so did the job for what we needed.
Disliked: There was nothing really not to dislike about the property

Will not book again

Disliked: The hotel doesn’t have a fridge. The breakfast is minimal and everything was finished for us all the time. When we asked for cups it seemed that the employees in the kitchen were not happy to go and get it. But the wordt really was the humidity in the room. We havent slept properly. As there was no fridge storing water is also not possible. My partner that normally really has minimal expectations asked me to never book this place again
