Shocking customer care

Liked: I like the location and rooms are nice
Disliked: Staff are good but under staffed on reception etc, then last stay I complained and said I would find another hotel to which they said thats fine and not how can we fix this? I've been loyal to the hotel for weeks yet out the blue they have now sold out for a year and gave no help for another hotel etc, so I am done with the IHG brand
