Holiday Inn Express Dundee

We stayed three nights and found the hotel very centrally located. It is also very good for lack of noise mostly.

Liked: Staff were very approachable and knowledgeable of their product.
Disliked: Nothing bad; food portion sizes could be better.

Liked: Convenient city centre location. Smart modern facilities. Handy parking next door (charges apply).
Disliked: Traffic noise all night.

Liked: The staff were fantastic! Sara, Jordan and Olga went out of their way to serve and help us with any questions. The breakfast was very good and helped us with our Jet lag diet. Excellent location for the volunteer work we were doing at the Steeple Church.
Disliked: No complaints at all!

Disliked: We were booked for a. Family and our room wasn’t made up to accommodate our stay 2 adults and 11 yr old ,when we went to reception to ask for the sofa bed to be made up I was told I had to request this before my arrival.Sorry I have booked in many Holiday inn express before and never,ever have had to ask for sofa bed to be requested while booking a family of 3 .
