We stayed three nights and found the hotel very centrally located. It is also very good for lack of noise mostly.
Liked: Staff were very approachable and knowledgeable of their product.
Disliked: Nothing bad; food portion sizes could be better.

Liked: The breakfast was nice & a decent choice & the staff as well as the location was good ,rooms were spotlessly clean.
Disliked: The bed was too small for a couple, definitely not same as a premier inn bed .The windows just aren't sound proof ,unfortunately we were next to a main road & felt like the window was open with the noise we didn't get much sleep ,so make sure you bring some ear plugs

Liked: The welcome from Susan at reception was brilliant. Felt valued and cared about.Location was fab. So close to the city centre and restaurants but also right on a fab walk along the Tay.Great choice of items for breakfast.Easy parking and being able to access the carpark from the hotel even after we had checked out.
Disliked: Mattress on the bed was uncomfortable on one side, kept rolling to the middle! Husband and son said they were comfy and slept well.

Standard hotel in great position...
Liked: Excellent location. Comfy bed. Staff are lovely. What it says on the tin: It's a HIEx... it's not an exciting hotel, but it does the job and at a value for money price.
Disliked: The signage in the car park is on the wrong wall, so we missed it. There is a link bridge from level 3 of the car park on Gellatly Street. As you come up the ramp to level 3 you see the side edge of the end of the sign... it's immediately in front of the up ramp. Very easy to then get into the hotel! But the sign is on the wrong wall as you only see if when you leave the car park! Noisy in the corridors which you hear in the room. One man sang very loudly and out of tune all the way down the corridor.. and it wasn't even beer o'clock. You can also clearly hear doors slamming for the other rooms.
