Very good

Liked: Good and central location where the bus transport from the airport stopped just near the hotel. Quiet and peaceful in the room but somewhat hard beds. Within walking distance to attractions and museums. A large selection of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay and included the basics, but one would wish for a slightly larger selection regarding, for example, bread, toppings, and fruit.

Liked: The staff were absolutely phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to ensure our trip was as pleasant as possible. From helping accommodate us for check in to sharing their favorite local coffee spots to grabbing us take away boxes for the breakfast! Huge shout out to Emily at the front desk for our seamless check in and going above and beyond! The breakfast add on was also great for getting the day started. We went early (7am) during our stay and it was not overcrowded. There are postings in the elevator indicating that 6:30-8 is the least busy time for breakfast !
Disliked: Nothing.
