Disliked: Cold eggs and coffee in the morning.

Liked: The staff was very helpful! Very accommodating. We arrived early & were able to check in early since our room was ready. They also allowed us to check out a little late & then stored our luggage so we could have lunch before heading out for our next destination. Bed was comfortable

Great location and value for...

Liked: Excellent location, very central. Great breakfast selection - hot foods, cereal/museli, yoghurt, pastries, toast and spreads etc. Even provided "go bags" so you could takeaway something for later.
Disliked: Would have been good if there was parking on-site, however the hotel provides discounted parking for a public carpark nearby (Q Park The Spire).

Great location, clean rooms, staff...

Liked: We had our last 4 nights at the hotel before flying home. After 4 weeks of travelling around if was so good to get a corner room with windows on both sides. Very lovely room.
Disliked: there wasn't anything we didn't like..

Would visit again, quiet rooms

Liked: Friendly staff on check in, clean room, double glazed window so no issue with noise on an evening, comfy room with air con. Smelled clean and room was generoused sized despite been standard.
Disliked: Breakfast is chaotic. The offerings are good considering it’s included in the price but the buffet doesn’t have much room to get around leading to so many people been on top of eachother and chairs / tables so close to other guests it’s rather uncomfortable. It was a seating free for all but we weren’t aware of this so stood around working this out for the first day. Presumably if not in a peak season wouldn’t be as bad.
