Disliked: sofa bed as a family room… not the best or biggest sofa bed for two

Liked: Very pleasant reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable room. Bar/lounge for residents.
Disliked: We completed a ranking ticket and dropped it at reception as we left.On this we explained the air conditioning unit desperately needed a repair (+maintenance as obviously an old issue from its condition) as it was actually leaking if turned up a little and dropping water onto the carpet and down the walls which were stained from this.

Disliked: Was a dodgy lock on the bathroom which resulted in my seven year old getting stuck . Once the staff got in there , their response was just don't shut the door fully

Good place for a stopover

Liked: Good location for a stop over while travelling North from Devon. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within a few minutes drive, as well as those onsite. Rooms were clean and in the usual holiday inn style. Staff were really helpful and changed our room immediately when we had an issue with the aircon unit.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit dry, but we did go quite late
