Disliked: The personnel that was there (4 men) in the afternoon on the 23rd of September were totally unpollite and uncooperative. We switched to another hotel for the other 2 nights in Dresden because of their behaviour and manner how they handle the clients of the hotel.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! It truly offers the whole package. The location is fantastic, very well situated, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to start the day off right.The facilities were top-notch, everything was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the staff speaks good English and were very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it!

Great location, wonderful breakfast, nice...

Liked: Great location between the main railway station and the city centre. Big hotel with good organisation. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was really good, with pancakes and many variaties of pastry. There is also a bar at the lobby.
Disliked: If you book a room with a queen bad just be aware that this bed is not very comfortable and it is suitable for one person only.
