Great hotel with great staff

Liked: Staff were fantastic all so helpful and so friendly even with all the kids running around. Really made a difference.Room was clean and bright and very modern all round really glad that I booked this hotel

Liked: The TV was not working; and when I wanted to inform reception telephone was not working. Checking is a must before arrival of guests; I think.
Disliked: The things that need to be all ok in room such as TV and specially phone were not checked before arrival

Liked: Parking nearby, staff friendly and helpful - I forgot my toothbrush and they were able to help me out, room comfortable, blackout blinds worked well
Disliked: Breakfast pretty basic
