Stayed one night; heating was not working in room, but got another room straight away; staff very helpful; room clean and tidy, as was the bathroom; would recommend.

Liked: Staff lovely. Comfy bed and immaculately clean rooms.
Disliked: Came down next morning for breakfast at 07.20am. No tables and chairs available. Seating area crammed and people stood queuing for a table so left. Came down later at 9am to find exactly the same so couldn't get any breakfast.

Liked: Here is the only hotel I will stay after my long drive from North East Scotland to Doncaster to pick my son up. From my first experience and all others since, the staff, service, facilities and breakfast have always been excellent. All Staff at all levels are a credit to the hotel.
Disliked: No complaints.

Disliked: Fan in the room running on and off while it was switched off at night. Not a reason to deduct any ratings as over all it was a great stay.
