Stayed one night; heating was not working in room, but got another room straight away; staff very helpful; room clean and tidy, as was the bathroom; would recommend.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location but there was an error with the booking amount which they initially rectified but after we check out I noticed them attempting to take money from my card. I contacted them and they said it was the difference in balance .. this was not the case and was for two different amounts and so this could not be the case. Very very concerning.
