Liked: Coffee and warm water in the swimming pool.
Disliked: Deep cleaning due to my bad allergies in the room, #318, toliet issues with plumbing from the room and on the first floor, breakfast food was dry and needs to be improved and have fresh food, hot tub was not working, and the elevator needs to be cleaned. The lady in the front desk did not look at me when my daughter asked for a permission about the parking for the car before we left. That lady told me to ask Booking.com for the refund after I asked if there would be discounts.

Liked: Breakfast included. Nathan at the front desk was very helpful
Disliked: Air conditioner would not accept anything other than its original setting. Fridge made a high-pitched noise that sounded to me like a distant fire alarm.
