Liked: I like the location of the hotel and nice staff
Disliked: I dislike my room had an still older when I turned on the air conditioning. While using disinfectant wipes upon arrival there were unclean areas in the room.

Unhealthy, unsanitary, disgusting. I’d shared...

Liked: Not much! I was put in a room that once I had unpacked and settled in ….realized it was dirty! Disgustingly so that stool was all over the inside of the toilet, dirty trash can with trash in it and dirty lines under the sink. I IMMEDIATELY tried addressing this and with a full booked property and many events in town I was stuck. A staff member did offer to clean and did so, however I am not sure that the room in its entirety was clean. I felt sick, I ended up going and purchasing several of my own supplies and cleaned best I could. I requested a refund as I felt this was the least they could do and my request was not honored. I am very upset with this entire situation.
