Disliked: After breakfast was finished I went up for a cup of tea thinking this was permissible. A member of staff asked if I'd spoken to reception. I said that was sorted... meaning I was resident. I sat down with my tea and five minutes later a member of staff came over to say I owed money for my tea! Had the original member of staff explained what she meant it would have saved me a lot of embarrassment. Having paid £136 I think it could have been handled more subtly.

Liked: Location was great and room was clean with comfortable bed but had no space for clothes such as wardrobe or chest drawers.Staff not very friendly and breakfast was limited but we should not expect more than this for 3 star hotel.
Disliked: Just did not feel friendly atmosphere and facility of room was limited too.
