Liked: Over all it was good
Disliked: This is a hotel booked by tours and so there is all ways groups that sort of take over the place it was ok but just be warned

Clean rooms with friendly staff....

Liked: excellent breakast and friendly helpful staff. Localted conveniently in the centre of town.

Derry multiple rooms

Liked: The accessible room was extremely accommodating. The roll in shower had two pull down grab bars and a seat. 2 different height sinks. There was an emergency pull cord at the bed. Lots of turning space in the room for a mobility device. We booked two standard rooms too for family and those were nice as well. Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for exploring Derry.
Disliked: Some construction outside. An extra chair would be helpful in the accessible room as there was only one chair and the bed.

I would not recommend this...

Disliked: the room was tiny—bare minimum room. The bathroom design is very odd.

Disliked: Little more choice at breakfast that's all

Comfort in Derry

Liked: Michael at check-in provided the best customer service received during our travels around Ireland. He went well beyond the normal standard for assisting and informing. Room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was appreciated.
Disliked: There was no workout room. Smoke from the bus stop right outside filtered into the reception area. The relationship with the Kaboodle restaurant was marginal in quality.
