Holiday Inn Express - Derry - Londonderry

Good location with reasonably priced...

Liked: Location good, comfortable bed and staff friendly
Disliked: Not much water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was adequate but cooked items and fruit were limited

Liked: It was what we expect from a Holiday inn except see below.
Disliked: Our room was cold. The building was covered in scaffolding and very unattractive. We parked in the multi storey opposite and could not find our way to the hotel , signage would be helpful.

Liked: Hotel is very central to shops, bars, theatre and bus station. Hotel is very clean. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, the bed and pillows are excellent and even though our room overlooked the traffic junction we had a really good sleep.
Disliked: All good.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was very convenient to the city centre and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the food was first class. I wouldn't hesitate in returning for another stay. Top class.
Disliked: No negative points at all.

Good central location.

Liked: Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Coffee from the machine was good too. As this hotel is right on the corner of a busy road there is some traffic noise. Request a quiet room if possible
Disliked: Room was right on the corner of the Strand Road so there was a little traffic noise. Everything else was good.
