Holiday Inn Express Derby Pride Park

Excellent hotel and clean.

Liked: Spotless; clean; professional staff.
Disliked: Breakfast poor but understandable under circumstances.

Disappointing

Liked: Property was fine
Disliked: There were people upstairs arguing out loud or talking out loud in the corridor at 1.00 in the morning that woke us up and my daughter had to box the next day so was not a good and restful sleep.

Great experience

Liked: The rooms were well furnished with the provision of ironing facilities which made preparations easier.
Disliked: The room air-conditioning was fairly noise and had to switch it off to get dissent sleep. The Lift Button to the 3rd floor was faulty, This gave a bit of hustle when accessing our room on floor 3, requiring us to take the stairs from floor 2 to 3.

Great hotel, location is good....

Liked: The hotel's location was convenient to the places we visited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Plenty of parking spaces were available, and the discounted fee was a great bonus for guests. The free breakfast was a nice amenity. We were happy with our stay.
Disliked: The lift button for the third floor was taped on, very flimsy, and difficult to press. We had to go to the second floor and use the stairs to reach the third floor, which was annoying.

Overall - we only stayed...

Liked: Bed was not too comfortable. breakfast was adequate. The room was spotless and the bathroom was too.
Disliked: Bed was very hard.

Liked: Overall a nice B&B, friendly staff & cosy rooms. Breakfast is limited selection of choices but overall good quality.
Disliked: Nothing in particular, everything was as expected.
