Passable
Disliked: Cold water showers evening and next morning. Was advised what the fix was-keep flushing toilet to get cold water out. That worked for s short time..hot water ran out 4 mins. Manager was good to listen and made it up to us. Breakfast was good.. everything else was good. Room 9queen size) was cramped but no problem.

Well located down town and...
Liked: Well located hotel in down town Denver close to State capital building and various museums. Turns out to be originally built as the "poor wing extension" of the Browns Place hotel...a rather sumptuous appointed old style Denver hotel with great history best viewed on Wikipedia. Its entrance atrium is worth the walk across the road alone. There's a decent pub and a cigar bar located within, so you needn't leave the area. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was basic but serviceable. Denver Union station was a free bus ride away (Mall hopper, not hotel shuttle) and from there its $ 10 by train to the airport.
Disliked: Not much at the price, but it wouldn't have been anything special unless it had been directly connected to Browns next door.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Cleanliness was not up to par. Room amenities were blah but served its purpose. Was blood on the sheets of one of the beds.

Poor
Liked: Breakfast and location were great
Disliked: Our toilet took 5 flushes to finally flush, rooms were tiny and the shower took 10 minutes to heat up. Ice machines were broken on our floor.
