Just what we needed

Liked: First and foremost, the staff. Every single person was responsive, caring and efficient, from the front desk to the breakfast area to housekeeping. We were not there for vacation; we were there to sort out a friend's divorce situation, so a safe, clean place with kind people was exactly what was needed. Second, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was great. Third, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were great.
Disliked: Due to the storms of last year, the pool area was being rebuilt so that wasn't available. Certainly not the hotel's fault. One of the elevators had a problem, but the staff worked hard to resolve it.

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was there was no swimming pool but unfortunately that was due to a hurricane

Disliked: No pool, unfortunately it was under construction. The a/c was not very cool.V

Disliked: During our stay their was construction going on while getting the pool&deck put together.I did like the everyone starred at my balcony as I sat looking over the beach,A bit uncomfortable,so I didn't get the full pleasure of being on the balcony at daytime
