Hotel not up to scratch

Liked: Close to several restaurants and pubs
Disliked: Room was average for the price.Water pressure non existent for shower or general washing.No bar.Carpet badly stained in hall way on our floor.

Liked: Convenient for cruise port and breakfast was good
Disliked: We reserved a shuttle and it didn’t even come . We took holiday in shuttle and was not holiday in express shuttle and we end up to take two taxi to get the hotel .

Good location but need to...

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly. It was a good location. The pool area very nice.
Disliked: Air conditioner was not working properly. Temperature of the room was uncomfortable.
