Liked: -Close to airport-shuttle driver was amazing!
Disliked: 1. Front desk employee decides after helping the 2 guest in front of me, he’s ready for a break and disappears while the other clerk is on the phone and understandably is with a customer, but not once acknowledge’s us or makes any eye contact. We were left standing there for 7 minutes before we were helped2. We decided to turn in and watch TV, only to find the remote needs new batteries!! I called housekeeping, no answer, and it is about 9:15pm. I called front desk and spoke with an employee, first he asked me what kind of battery does remote take??? After removing cover, I told him AAA, was informed batteries will be brought up. Nope! Never came!!!!3. Bathroom was disgusting!!! It had not been cleaned! Especially shower!! Someone had left a hair band around one of the bottles in the shower and there was about 3 real long hairs hanging off bottles on wall and bottom of shower was slimy

Liked: I loved the breakfast and the area, I especially love the breakfast staff. They were very accommodating and very cordial.

Liked: Very clean and breakfast was good, great location for the cruise terminal.
Disliked: Very professional and understanding service staff

Disliked: Nothing. Its a good price and close to cruise port. And we will stay there again.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle driver to the airport on 6/4/25 was very pleasant and made us fell so comfortable with his friendly conversation during our trip. He was also so helpful with our luggage.
Disliked: It was very difficult to communicate with the front desk because the room phone was not working properly. Additionally, during checkout (6/4) the front desk person seemed to have an unfriendly attitude.
