Liked: Close to port.
Disliked: Nothing. Its a good price and close to cruise port. And we will stay there again.

Good

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle driver to the airport on 6/4/25 was very pleasant and made us fell so comfortable with his friendly conversation during our trip. He was also so helpful with our luggage.
Disliked: It was very difficult to communicate with the front desk because the room phone was not working properly. Additionally, during checkout (6/4) the front desk person seemed to have an unfriendly attitude.

It was in a great...

Liked: They guy at the front desk was swamped with ppl and I watched him handle everyone with care and professionalism.
Disliked: I honestly have no complaints. Everything was fine for us.

Bad

Disliked: The air conditioner was moldy and I came down with pneumonia, my daughter with bronchitis. They did not have the shuttle service that was advertised. The dresser and nightstand was broken. Will not stay here again!!

Overall fineclean and nicely updated...

Liked: Close to cruise port. A bit busy at times but not bad at all. Would stay again. Only issue would be no where on site to get a quick bit unless you like microwave stuff. Breakfast was good and not overly crowded.
Disliked: No real food on site except breakfast

Other than our unpleasant experience...

Liked: Very good breakfast.Bed was to high for short persons.
Disliked: The hotel shuttle service is not reliable. We were waiting for over 1.5 hrs to be picked up from the airport and we were given wrong instructions as to a waiting area several times from the same person! Finally another person from their front desk informed us that their waiting area was changed a year ago and that we should not be waiting for more than 20 minutes!
