Prime location with amazing staff

Liked: Very clean, but most importantly the staff was lovely. Especially the driver of the airport shuttle, Tim. He was so friendly! Located in a great spot wasn’t too busy, surrounding food was good
Disliked: Didn’t have any problems.

One night stay

Liked: Location to cruise terminals
Disliked: Needed extra pillows and a hair dryer replaced. Pillows arrived 4 hours after the request, the hair dryer never arrived.

Liked: the breakfast was adequate
Disliked: The carpet in the room was filthy. Room service didn't change the sheets, only made bed. I booked through Booking.com, I made a request to come in two days later and the hotel refused. I said that I understood, but to keep my reservation and I will come in at the later date requested. I got there and the hotel canceled my reservation, I had to pay for the whole stay again. Booking.com didn't help at all, and I am still trying to resolve this issue.
