Horrible asked for a refund...

Liked: The balcony and all the dove
Disliked: The pool was ice cold the hot tub didn't work there was mold in the bathroom bed had hair in it that wasn't ours and the room smelt like pee a strong pee order when the air would come on the door sounded like it was opening

Disliked: There was a large group of of about 15 adults and children that where in the pool area and there where no towels available. The group left out the back gate and across the parking lot to another hotel. Went to breakfast at 8. The only hot food that was available was egg whites and turkey sausage. Everything else hot was out. After about 15 minutes of waiting the food slowly started to come out.

We would definitely stay there...

Liked: This was our second year staying at this location. Was not disappointed at all this year! Very clean, close to any and everything that we possibly needed.
Disliked: Still have a $5 charge on my credit card for some reason?

Excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The front desk was very helpful in planning my stay. I called ahead to verify details and make sure the scheduling would work for our activities. The lady working there went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated.
