Holiday Inn Express Columbus East-Reynoldsburg By IHG

I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel to an enemy.

Liked: They had breakfast.
Disliked: The kids running above our room all hours of the night; the hotel is run down and needs to have a deep clean. There were police at one point searching the second floor and a weird little man running around with a towel and spray bottle talking about a stain on the floor. They only gave us two extra towels for a family of four. The pool had leaves in it and a weird mud on the floor of the pool room.

Liked: Convenient location. Staff are helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Liked: Booking .com description of of the bathroom was no correct, had to cancel our stay and lose money. Will not use booking. Com anymore because of what happened.
