Disliked: When we checked in we were going to be charged a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit, more than the one night room charge. This was never disclosed during online registration or we would have gone elsewhere. The pet deposit was reduced to $100. We asked to cancel the reservation and look for another "pet friendly" hotel. The answer was no. So now the nightly room cost was almost $300. Nothing wrong with the hotel only the pet policy which should have been disclosed up front. This is not a pet friendly hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Happy for the eggs and sausage protein options.
Disliked: No green tea.

Awful experience. Avoid at all...

Liked: Arrived at property, was told they would not accept my card. Had to find other reservation at midnight in a city I’ve never been to before. After finding other accommodations… they charged my card for $60 more than the reservation rate anyway. Management has hung up on me several times, AFTER promising to refund the money. Will be filing police report.
Disliked: Management is shady, and couldn’t be honest if they were paid to be.

Disliked: I waited an extremely long time to get the keys to the room. the elevator sounded like it might not be at its best.
