Ideal place for a short...

Liked: Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner, very well presented. Quiet despite being near a major dual carriageway.
Disliked: Need some hooks on the bathroom door or in the room - you ask us to reuse towels but give us nowhere to hang them to dry after having a shower. Disappointed that the patio has become the smoking area. Therefore there is nowhere for non-smokers to sit outside, relax and enjoy a drink. Could a smaller smoking area be provided elsewhere, away from the patio, returning it to its intended use.

Pleasant place to stay.

Liked: Identical room to other HIE rooms we have used recently - comfortable. This one located ideally for the A12. Very pleasant staff, helped with recommendations and directions. Breakfast buffet was very good each day, we really enjoyed our start to the day.
Disliked: Had not realised that it was paid parking at the hotel, my slip. Sadly had to return our fish and chips supper, spoilt the evening for us as we had to go outside.
