Liked: The staff were amazing. Particularly Charley. Super helpful and she is amazing
Disliked: No heating in our room. The whole of the bar and restaurant area was freezing cold also. Was exceptionally cold that weekend so really needed heat! Especially when travelling with two babies. We did get free hot chocolate and a fan heater for the room

Liked: staff were really friendly and efficient. The room was well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable with a great roomy shower and comfortable bed. There is everything you need, tea and coffee, parking, bar, food. Ideal for a short stay when you're on the go.
Disliked: I did struggle to get the room warm and the air conditioning/heating was really loud but it was incredibly cold outside. this was my second stay and it was fine on a normal day!
