Clean, comfy and half decent...

Liked: For a Holiday Inn Express this is great, second time we've stayed here, does exactly what we need it to... somewhere to sleep that was comfy and clean), showers are great, nice and big so I could easily shower our young kids as well, and breakfast in the morning with a great selection! If you want to spend more time in the hotel you may want to look elsewhere but when we go away we don't really spend any time in the hotel room so we don't need a massive room or a luxurious bath. Main this for us is comfort, cleanliness and breakfast and this ticks all the boxes. We also had a travel cot this time supplied by Holiday Inn which again was clean and in good working order.

Liked: The environment was good, breakfast was superb. The staff were well organised and friendly. Overall, good for the price and facilities.
Disliked: The lift was not working and the spring in the mattress made it uncomfortable even though we only spent one night.

Have stayed twice at hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice being vegetarian had a good variety of choices. Location is excellent being near the A12 gives you access to lots of places. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: The mattress was very soft and bouncy.Kept rolling into the middle.
