Liked: The room was clean, warm and in good condition with everything working as it should.The public facilities were also abundant, clean and in good condition and working order.The food was good and reasonable value and the included breakfast buffet was especially good, well attended and tasty.The staff were very friendly, well presented, polite and extremely helpful at all times.
Disliked: I had a 2 week stay in a twin room. After the first week I placed the used bed linen and towels in a pile and hung the housekeeping card on the door. When I returned, the cleaner had replaced the towels but had placed my used bed linen back on the bed. I thought this was strange and annoying but, as there was a second bed in the room, I simply swapped the bed linen myself for the second week and did not complain, especially as everything else was going so well.

Liked: Room comfortable clean, hot drinks tray could do with a few extras,IE soup, latte sachets and a choice of snacks.
Disliked: No choice of heating, cold rooms.

Overall excellent value for money...

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional for the price of the room lots of choice and good quality, honestly we weren't expecting the Breakfast to be anything but average for the price, so very well done to the staff
Disliked: No fridge in the room, also there were 15 small flies that seemed to get in our room with the window and door shut
