Ratings are deceiving

Liked: The late Afternoon/ evening staff were not friendly when we checked in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the bedding looked questionable, and our room had a connecting door with an exceptionally loud person who blasted the TV until 2am. However, all the morning staff during breakfast and checking out were exceptionally kind. They definitely deserve recognition.

very nice but need heavier...

Disliked: we were cold. no matter how much we increased thermostat. blankets weren't enough, to thin, to keep us warm at night.

Liked: Good on Sunday mediocre on Monday. Got there at 7'30 for breakfast and bacon was gone lol
Disliked: Noisy for about a half an hour after 11 Saturday night. I realize they only have so much control but it was annoying
