Great value. I always stay...

Liked: Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items. Hotel location is conveniently located near airport and major highway. Also close to many attractions in Cleveland.
Disliked: Shower drain was slow.

Not the best but worth...

Liked: Beds sheets TV and bathroom were all ok and good for a short stay
Disliked: During the middle of the night, someone kept on trying to call our room phone and every time we’d pick up, they would hang up. Front desk did not care at all and just told us to wait and see if it happens again. Either way, good area for just a short stay near the airport and all.

Friendly and accommodating.

Liked: The lady that checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have got her name because I think she deserves special recognition for her high level of customer service.
Disliked: I had no issues.
