Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati North - Monroe By IHG

Very pleasant staff; very good breakfast and they always helped in any manner needed.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and when they found out we were staying because of the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament they had the lineup printed every morning - they were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing but the fridge froze everything - I'm sure that just needs adjusted.

Disliked: The door was stuck, we had to force it open. Floor tile in bathroom had one that makes noise like it is loose when walking on it

Liked: So convenient to all types of places
Disliked: Extremely dirty bedding. Left after seeing room. Broken floor files in bathroom and hallway.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: The room was great, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower was dirty, and under the sink was nasty. Floor were not cleaned, and the shower curtain was dirty.

Fine for a one night...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Just a little run down. For example one of the corner protectors beside our room door, fell off. It may be because we stayed at a different HI Express a few nights before in Wilder KY and it was very an outstanding stay, but this one was nice but not quite up to the standard the Wilder one set
