Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati North - Monroe By IHG

Very pleasant staff; very good breakfast and they always helped in any manner needed.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and when they found out we were staying because of the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament they had the lineup printed every morning - they were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing but the fridge froze everything - I'm sure that just needs adjusted.

Fine for a one night...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Just a little run down. For example one of the corner protectors beside our room door, fell off. It may be because we stayed at a different HI Express a few nights before in Wilder KY and it was very an outstanding stay, but this one was nice but not quite up to the standard the Wilder one set

Disliked: The hours of the pool.

Well worth the money

Liked: I did not eat breakfast my son did he was happy. My bed was very comfortable the room was clean the room was very reasonably priced.
Disliked: I booked and paid through Booking.com and the desk clerk was unable to find it without alot of work. I don't know if it's a Holiday Inn problem or a Booking.com problem but it took maybe 10-12 minutes to resolve, it shouldn't have.
