Excellent location and wonderful staff

Liked: Unbelievable location and staff.The staff at reception and tending to breakfast service were unbelievably friendly and helpful.The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do.

Ok for location but unacceptable...

Liked: It was well located in Chicago and convenient for my work
Disliked: The bed had not been changed before I moved in. There were long black hairs and filth on the sheets. Very poor management

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: There were no washcloths in room and had to keep asking for them. Finally I went downstairs to get for myself

Comfortable bed and clean room....

Liked: Closer to various tourist spots and great restaurants
Disliked: The room was tiny for over $200 per night. I likened it to a closet.

Convenient location - not worth...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Far too expensive for what you got. Postage stamp sized room and very loud air con machine outside of bedroom window. Staff were protesting during our visit. Stayed at the bellagio for a two night treat recently for exactly the same amount of money!
