Very good

Liked: Situation of the hotel, within walking distance of city centre. Clean, modern hotel with all functional desirable facilities to make stay comfortable and pleasurable. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choice.
Disliked: Paying for parking! I was under the impression when booking via Booking.co that it was free for guests. I didn't read the small print at the very end of the sites information blurb. Being charged £10 a day was an unpleasant shock!

Disliked: Receptionist was glum.Solar gain in three storey glass atrium was ridiculous - fit some UV filmCouldn't get all basic TV channelsPillows were rock hardKey card didn't work!!!Bar was freezing! AC should make area comfortableBreakfast wasn't great - hard bacon, wet egg, dodgy sausage
