Disliked: The elevator was broken and I had to climb the stairs. I had 2 back surgeries.

Disliked: Elevator was broke didn’t tell me until I arrived, had to walk up 4 floors with my two kids and luggage, paid almost 200 for a one night stay the stairs case smells like ass

Liked: Good location, overall clean, nice staff. Comfortable room
Disliked: Shower was slightly a problem, trouble with the drain (stopper was broken) and problems with the shower curtain so water easily came out onto the floor.

Uncomfortable experience - no sleep

Disliked: Excessive noise in the room next to mine at 2am. The front desk was contacted and called and stopped by the guests room, but no response. I checked out of my room at 2am and made a two hour drive home.There was also excessive noise in the lounge after quiet hours posted until midnight.I traveled with my friend who had surgery and could not climb steps. I was informed on check in that the elevator was not working (just happened). No alert received or option for voucher.
