Great for a short stay.

Liked: Well designed and equipped rooms. Comfortable and clean. Good customer service. Great to have use of pool at gym.
Disliked: Unable to use parking as was a height restriction

Very clean and welcoming hotel...

Liked: Very clean, fresh room with new-looking bathroom. Great location in the centre of town, opposite the Brewery area (cafes, cinema etc) and easy walk to main shopping area. The staff were absolutely lovely, and a good buffet breakfast was provided. I was a bit surprised that there was no mini fridge in the room, but on reflection I realised this is a responsible choice. Think how much electricity would be saved the world over if all hotels got rid of these appliances, most of which are running empty so much of the time!
Disliked: The mattress in our room was not great, a bit saggy in the middle so probably getting towards the end of its lifecycle.The local carpark is a bit expensive if you want to come and go during the day, though the discount was appreciated. (If you just want to park for an hour or so at any point, the Aldi carpark opposite is a good option; just watch out you don't overstay or you may get a fine.)
