Disliked: Furniture had been removed from room leaving unfinished/undecorated patches on the wall and lacking space for laying things out. This was not as expected.

Just what we were looking...

Liked: True to IHG standard, the room was as we expected: clean, well appointed, comfortable bed, spacious, free wifi.The breakfast was very good, well stocked and good coffee.The location was very handy to our needs.
Disliked: Paying for parking in the NCP carpark across the road...there were issues with the ticketing and payment which was not the fault of IHG. Thankfully, IHG reception staff validated our parking ticket so we received a discount.

Cheltenham shopping trip

Liked: Great location close to Cheltenham City centre and the Brewery Quarter great places to eat out I really recommend Garlic and Ginger in the lower High Street, the hotel is amazing lovely warm comfortable bed and a very clean room amazing staff who were always happy to help and always smiling.I recommend having the breakfast it's amazing

Liked: Close to city centre.
Disliked: Water got shut off, Fire alarm went off, no sausages or bacon for breakfast. When asked staff they said yeah I know. 30mins later when we finished our fried breakfast the bacon came out but still no sausage
