Liked: Big comfortable rooms and an above average breakfast
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Booking nightmare!

Disliked: I booked this room on Bookings. When I reserved the room, the system said there were 4 rooms available. When we tried to check in we were told they were full, I had prepaid for the room. I was told I had to go through Bookings to get the refund. I reached out to Bookings. They sent an email to the hotel to verify we didn't stay. I also contacted the hotel giving them a heads up about the email. The hotel needed to verify the email. Process is still pending. It shouldn't be this difficult as we never stayed at the hotel!

Not impressed

Liked: The staff was very friendly and recommended a great restaurant.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom had mildew/mold around the tub. The softbed did have bedding. The 3rd floor window could be open completely, which could be a safety concern with regard to unsupervised children. The surrounding restaurants have mostly closed (gone out of business). The pool was closed due to ongoing issues. We had to go to the neighboring hotel to swim.

Liked: The breakfast was very good!

Suited our needs

Liked: The pool was the highlight for my kids after a long roadtrip. No complaints about the room.
Disliked: Breakfast had a new employee helping so it took a bit longer, but she was doing her best.
