Liked: Friendly staff; clean; great breakfast.

Never again.

Disliked: Staff was preoccupied with houskeeping tasks while I was trying to check in and check out. Room lacked a microwave. Price was WAY out of line.

Love the Holiday Inn Express in Charleston. It was close and didn't have to move my vehicle for anything. I go there for Basketball State tournaments. We'll stay there again, just hated that my vehicle was hit in the parking lot.

Liked: Very clean and close to the Charleston Civil Center
Disliked: My truck got hit in the parking lot and the person didn't leave their name,number or address they just drove off.

Liked: The bed was wonderful! Also, plenty of convenient plugins!
Disliked: The bathtub needs drain updated. Scuzzy looking. Need hotter water. There is no sign or logo at the lot entrance or on the building saying Holiday Inn Express! Wasn't sure if I was at the correct place
