Disliked: When you book a room there is no guarantee of availability. Absolute nightmare finding another hotel last minute after being turned away. No email or phone call. Zero communication from the hotel. Zero accountability on their part. They laid blame on booking.com. B.S.!!!! Total waste of time and effort. Thanks for nothin. You suck.

Liked: It was in a good location for us
Disliked: The pool was gross, couldn’t smell chlorine at all, there were globs of hair in it and smelled like pee. Also when you’re told about breakfast being from 7-9:30 and go to get breakfast there isn’t any that’s there. We were there for a wrestling tournament. A gal was bringing out more omelets and only put 4 in the tray. There was 3 of us. Also the beds were not comfy at all and we ended up being itchy after the first stay.

Disliked: The shade for the window didn't fully work, so I had highway lights in my room al night.

Liked: It was clean and plenty of parking. Convenient.
Disliked: The pool was out of order and we booked it for the indoor pool. Kids ran through the halls and banged on our door. The laundry services and computer were out of order.
