Liked: Property location was good. Short walk into Cardiff. Short walk to Cardiff Bay. Hotel clean. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little chaotic. Ran out of cutlery twice. Food not topped up quickly. Lack of signage on property letting you know it's here. Staff member booking in didn't listen to what I was saying.

Liked: Hotel is in an ideal location for easy access to the Millennium Centre and the facilities offered are more than adequate for a short stay.

Liked: It was close enough to Cardiff City centre, good parking facilities. Clean rooms, Friendly staff. Reception staff very helpful. Saturday breakfast lady very cheerful and happy to help.
Disliked: The bar is VERY pricey
