Liked: Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, evening meal was OK although menu quite limited. Staff were very friendly
Disliked: Location, my bedroom was close to the busy A2 which meant you could hear noise of traffic

Liked: People were very friendly and the food was good. The price was reasonable with the delicious breakfast
Disliked: Unfortunately there was water issues while we we there, making it difficult to take a shower or even flush the toilets. The staff apologised sincerely and even if it was not their fault. No compensation was offered

Excellent stay, would highly recommend...

Liked: My second stay here and it was a good as the first. Rooms are clean, beds are excellent and the food is very good. No complaints at all.
Disliked: I did have to pay £3 to park the car overnight but it did not detract from my stay.

Bad

Liked: This Hotel charges £30 for pets, this ammount isn't disclosed when booking, booking.com states pet charges applicable but compared to every other Hotel I've used £30 is far beyond expected. Once in the room with my dog ... I found him about to chew a moth killer poison tablet that had been left in reach. This is unacceptable in a supposedly pet friendly room and its only by luck It wasn't ingested by my dog .
