Liked: The breakfast was very good but it was not that easy to see what was on offer because so many people were in such a small space.
Disliked: The serve yourself area was not big enough for the number of customers.

Disliked: No air conditioning and we couldn’t open a window because of smoke from an incinerator

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: No air conditioning in our room during a heatwave .

Liked: Majority of the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to help. They always asked if we enjoyed our stay or were okay or needed anything. Service with a smile is always much appreciated :)
Disliked: A little more empathy from the staff checking us in. My sister had also booked a room but unfortunately her son fractured his ankle at football so went to hospital and was unable to attend. Some empathy from the staff checking us in would have been good as this happened the day before so my sister had called them to explain etc. In the end, we paid for two rooms/2 families but only used one. It's the little things that count and I think the hotel could have done more in this scenario. Thanks.

Liked: The staff were exceptional in service and smiles!

Liked: Hotel was ok
Disliked: Really do they have to charge for parking. Only way to get to hotel is by car and then you charged for parking.

Below average

Liked: The room for a family of four and a pet was cramped with very little space in between the beds.
Disliked: The sink was blocked and we had two towels for a family of four, and the second night the tv didn’t work. Also the hot drink station in the room only catered for two persons.
