Liked: The Stuff were amazing. Very polite helpful and their looked so happy in what their doing. And the breakfast was really good
Disliked: It was really hot in the rooms, even though it was only 20 degrees outside. The conditions, only at the breakfast

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, friendly.

Liked: Used the restaurant which was excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful, very clean and comfortable. It may have been that our room window didn't seal properly but proximity to the main dover dual carriageway meant there was no chance of an early night.
Disliked: Proximity to the Dover dual carriageway.

The kindest staff - family...

Liked: Incredibly kind staff and personal welcome. Breakfast was ready earlier than expected, which worked perfectly for my schedule that day. Really excellent full english breakfast, pastries, tea selection and a wonderful welcome from the chef as well!
Disliked: I wish the bed had been slightly bigger but still very comfortable.

Man on reception was welcoming....

Liked: Room was great no noise, apart from our fan!! But we couldn’t have slept without it
