Disappointing

It met our needs

Liked: Staff very efficient- room was quiet and clean. Breakfast ok luke warm and tables too close. Didn’t like dogs in restaurant
Disliked: Dogs around food. Not guide dogs just staying dogs. Car park noisy late at night as no double glazing

Disliked: Very poor breakfast for example no any cheese.

A bit disorganised and tired...

Liked: Convenient for local attractions. The main beds were very comfortable. Breakfast food was reasonable and the meal we are at the restaurant was fine if pricey for what it was.
Disliked: The pre allocated rooms next to each other had been occupied before we got there so first we were separated, then our twin was a double, then to resolve it we had to make up our own sofa bed. Air con didn't work in one room so it was 26-27C for our whole stay.Everything looks a bit tired and it's expensive for what is on offer.

Disliked: Cobweb. Double bed smaller than expected.

Great, comfortable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was good, quite a variety to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. It wasn’t very far from the centre. Mateo especially was very helpful, friendly and kind.
Disliked: The bathroom needs a longer shower door. The television needs to be upgraded and the room door needs to be looked at as sometimes they get a bit stiff and therefore making it hard to open.

Exceptional

Liked: Walking distance to historical centre, spacious parking, good rooms. It was working for us, because we were travelling with cat.
Disliked: Nothing not to like
