Hospital appointment
Liked: The assessible complex and room as my husband needs to use a mobility scooter.Breakfast was good plenty of choice and as much as you wanted.We were too late following hospital appointment to be able to have an evening meal.We would stay again though
Disliked: Lack of communication could not get through via telephone to ask about use of mobility buggy oxygen cylinders accessible room and taking a tortoise with us.Had to use email to ask about all the above and unsure whether message fully received and understood until I was able to check us in late in the day as husband still in hospital.

Rooms great, parking great, value...
Liked: Rooms were fine basic but very good value for money
Disliked: The staff are very strange, I work in the trade but very little to no customer service skills. Guest on a table near us complained to your team.. when she left a your team member blond lady not English Sunday 31st of August late shift around 6pm began to slag off and complain about the guest to another table. Regardless to guest staff should not share there thoughts with other guests. There was then an older man sitting on a table waiting for around 20 mins for table service. The venue is unclear on how to order menus on tables with numbers but doesn’t state to order at bar?? I informed staff when leaving that the man had been sat looking at staff for a long period but all 3 on the bar were laughing on there phones.

Useful and relaxing stay.
Liked: Room, bathroom and breakfast were all good. Parking was cheap and convenient.
Disliked: Whilst the breakfast was good, strangely enough the dinner we had was rather ordinary.
