Disliked: I am so pissed off at the booking.com and the hotel, as they both took deposits and left us with no money to do the things we came to do. And couldnt cancel or we lose money. i will never use the app or stay at another holiday express!!!!

Excellent accommodations.

Liked: Location is good - easy access to MacLeod Trail. Breakfast was very good. There is enough seating available. Room was excellent - wasn't expecting such a large room. Loved the walk in shower as I am disabled. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C was great
Disliked: Only thing I would say is that you need more handicapped parking. Two is not enough

Disliked: The door handle into the room was very hard to open.Our tub did not drain so no one else could shower Saturday Evening. They said maintenance would come in the morning but no one did Advised on check out as well Very disappointing The breakfast was good however the muffins tasted moldy and eggs were cold

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The staff, their attitudes and the fact the charged me $500 for deposit not $250 and kept the whole $500 because of my baby's milk stain. I'm disgusted honestly. Waited almost two hours 6-8am just to check out. It was ridiculous. Worst experience ever!!!!

Will not go back.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable. AC worked well.
Disliked: I didn't like being accused of fault when our reservation was cancelled due to a credit card issue and we weren't contacted. I did end up paying with said credit card. The phone number on file was apparently incorrect, and they claimed there was no email. Well how did you get my phone number from the booking but not an email? We showed up at 10pm with 3 kids and instead of trying to be helpful, we were met with a complete lack of sympathy for a system error. This was the ONLY hotel out of the 10 we stayed at on our trip that we got no confirmation emails from and the only one with a credit card issue that I had used for all 10 hotels.The evening staff had a hard time supplying the pool with towels. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 2am and we were all evacuated. I had to pay extra for a cot(when our suite was no longer available.) We were on the main floor and during check out time the main hallway was a minefield of cleaning carts. The office doors were also left open and there were huge piles of paperwork everywhere! Clearly not a very organized hotel. Would not recommend!
